Still, if you try our products and decide that they don't meet your needs you have 14 days to return them as follow:



To get a full refund, return the item to us in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please include a note within the package with your name, contact details, order number (e.g IN123456) and the reason for returning the goods.

For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items, and ensure that the compensation value covers the value of the item.

Please note that we will not pay the costs of returning an item to us unless it is faulty, duplicate or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty, duplicate or incorrect item, please let us know immediately and we can make arrangements for returning or collecting the item from you.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
