How can I find out when the item I want is available again?

You can set up a product alert in the shop.If on the product page it shows Availability:No stock just click the "Notify me when this item is available". You will receive an email from us as soon as the item is in stock again.

Buy in bulk?

We will be happy to create a custom offer just for you.Just provide us information about the exact items you want, the quantity, sizes and models via our contact form.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

It is important that you contact us with changes as soon as possible.We can change or cancel your order at any time before it is ready for shipping.After that, changes are no longer possible.

How much will the shipping costs be?

Delivery is FREE for All Orders Over £40. For orders below the £40 threshold, delivery will cost £3.90. Our policy is to send all the parcels tracked.

Has my order been dispatched already?

Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with all the information, including your Tracking Number, Carrier Name and the link where you can track your order.

When will my order be dispatched?

Where an item is showing as In Stock Now, the product(s) will usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 14:00 (Monday to Friday). If ordered after 14:00, the item(s) will be dispatched the following working day.Any order received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

What countries can you deliver to?

We deliver Only in United Kingdom, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

 

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock within five (5) working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed. The following areas are subject to extended lead times:Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks. Please note that during particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our carrier may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday.

How many days do I have to return a product?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

How much costs to return an unwanted item?

We recommend you to carefully check the products descriptions and tables when you place an order.We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us unless it is faulty or sent by mistake.

Can I return goods if I don't like them or they don't fit?

You can return items which you don't like, or reorder a different size.

Can I exchange an item?

Simply return the unwanted item to us. You can then order the new item as a new order via the online shop or customer service. You can see right away in the online shop if the item you want is available in the colour and size you need.

How do I get my money back if I return something?

After we receive your item, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.Please return the faulty delivered item to us. We will pay the costs for returning the item.Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.

How can I pay?

We are happy to accept various payment options including PayPal. All payment types available for your purchase will be displayed as part of the order process.

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice is sent to you in the parcel with your delivery. We will send you a copy by email once the payment is complete and if you registered an account with us you can find your invoice there.

Every pound spent on our website will credit 1 point into your account. 1 Loyalty Point = £0.05

How many do I have and how do I use my Loyalty Points?

You can see the balance and the total value of your Loyalty Points each time when you add a product in your Shopping Basket and you're logged in on your account. On GardenerGloves.co.uk you can use as many as you have available by applying them on checkout page.

When I have to use them?

They have a lifetime value of one year starting your first purchase and must be redeemed during this time.

They may be redeemed for cash?

The simple answer is NO. They can only be used to buy products from our website or to apply a discount at checkout.
